Bäcker scores 7.392 points in the free test

Final test in Aachen for the first ever participant from Luxembourg in vaulting

In his final competition at the World Equestrian Games in Aachen, Germany, Philip Bäcker – the first Luxembourgish vaulter ever to compete at a seniors World Championship – secured a score of 7.392 points. Performing on his eleven-year-old Hanoverian, Ballantines, lunged by Alexandra Dietrich, Bäcker and his team achieved a final score of 7.175 points.

At the time of publication, his exact final ranking was not yet available. Next week, we will provide a more detailed report on his performance, as well as that of Nicolas Wagner Ehlinger with Quater Back Junior.
